Southern USA Trailers will refund the deposit back to Customer before the frame of the trailer is built, we screw up, and also hardships. We are normal people just like you guys. Trying to make a dollar. After the trailer frame is built which is around 5 Business Days, Southern USA Trailers will not provide refunds after the product is purchased or customer tries to stick Southern USA Trailers with a $10,000 Trailer. You are giving Southern USA Trailers a good faith deposit which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Southern USA Trailers Refund Policy States that, ” Any Customer Deposit is Non-Refundable. ” Of course you have around 5 days to cancel an order or the frame being welded together. Trailers that are delivered must be signed off on. After customer has possession of merchandise “trailer” this is a binding agreement that said customer is not allowed to chargeback or take any action. We will not tolerate this and will prosecute by law, NCIC or Secret Service will handle if customer basically steals money by charging back after signing off on the trailer.
